Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, he is a part of Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is also passionate about training up the future generation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles online, and is an contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Change Lives With God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman and Viars).
