Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
One baby was strapped on my back while the other crawled in the playground. I worked 12 hour days, for months, sanding and taking wallpaper off, all while carrying one kid. Ha! Everything was starting to fall into place, however it was not quite done. In this undertaking I was ready to spend a considerable amount of money and time looking for my dream house. In order to stay in the realm of budgets, I took to taking my kids to estate sales looking for of diamonds. It was a weekly tradition that we would go through estate and garage sales on Fridays and Saturdays, purchasing a mix of antique and brand new furniture. My next task was to spend working on my projects outside in our driveway. My love for furniture repair began when I saw a style like this. It didn't matter if the house was already equipped. There was a place at the local markets in which I sold my items. In the end, I was stuffed with too numerous pieces of furniture to fit into the space available. More than 1000 people came to my home in just one weekend to purchase everything on the ground floor. My company Growing Days began here. My company was flourishing, but my family was also growing. There was a perfect balance between starting a new business and becoming a mother. Growing Days was the obvious decision. My precious Nora was born in 2013 and was our fourth baby. While I was pleased about the direction my company went, I was feeling like I had to take an occasional break. I took a pause from creating furniture for vintage homes, and I slowed down my speed to be at home to raise the children. It was just what I wanted. After a couple of months, my phone started to ring. Numerous people reached me seeking advice regarding home improvements and decor. These were mostly customers who came to my open house for furniture. It wasn't long before I was managing a full-scale house renovation business. I began by taking clients in a manner that I could be confident in. There is a good chance that I would have been laughing if somebody had informed me that my business was going to be the basis for an upcoming television show on DIY Network. In fact, I laugh a little when I remember the episode.
